Hello, will abide two years as a client of IGCN, today I feel very unmotivated by filtering files, today competition may have the same quality of files to us that we have endeavored to acquire this service which is not economic.

While it will not have the same quality support to users today and does not care that a private server has some bug, is normal, we will offer us that others have not?

Long time coming announcing the 10th season ago, until today there is no information that let us alone about continuity team, I would like that they could now deliver a preview of the work, dates beta release, etc, otherwise Bajare my 2 servers, as my main competition have already announced to update a season in September (most likely they have acquired the license rats).

 

Thank you very much for the great service they have offered me these years :)

Our future is clear, we will continue to operate normally. Season 10 BETA release is about to come really soon. I had to prepare info topic 3-4 days ago but unexpected things happened that required more attention from our side.

 

Once that will be sorted we will post more information regarding upcoming plans.

the team must react quickly because it will just leak the files on the Internet and will have alot new servers...

I am customer since 2013 my investment here has surpassed 2,500 USDs only here in IGCN ...

Now will have servers with a much less cost in competition ...

 

Note: To speak of "obsolete files" is pure nonsense!

The current players will play the new servers that go open with leaked files.. and until they find a "bug"  us we lost market space

 

As for it is hard for your IGCN Team is not easy for us too

 

You need understand that the current world of Mu Online is not like the old days

Regardless of the version that was leaked files are good beause that files is your works

And this simple fact already hurts us

The good thing in that all situation is that his copy of files has several critical issues as his version is 1,5 month old.

 

The leak was not intentional and we are not happy about this same as you. However, we will do every effort to keep you unique. In the official statement we made about this matter we clearly explained why you should not use the leaked copy of files - the person will not be able to maintain that project for long, it will overwhelm him. He also won't be able to provide proper fixes and develop the software anymore due to very limited knowledge in this aspect. Additionally, any user of leaked files will automatically become a part of the BOTNET and will be used for DDoS. The person is known from such practices and recently it was proven many times.

Soon you will get first copy of Season 10 what will make you unique definitely. It will not get leaked anymore. We changed our security procedures of work and more.

Wizzy hope you can provide information about and images season 10 loyalty to our users, since season 10 is highly desired by gamers in this way we can retain them.

I would never abandon IGCN ... coz my server is online since 2009 and using the files you IGCN since 2013
There are 3 years of loyalty!
Of course we had many problems  in the past .. and also every effort we had to help when it was needed (bug tracker etc) I'm here

We just need a quick and strategic solution to not having major losses
When I say "we just need" wanna say COSTUMERS  and also you IGCN Team

 

I am fully confident in the competence of you!

Hi all members, IGC Staff. I've been following this topic in the past few hours and I wanted to express my deepest concern about what's going to happen next. I do like and trust IGC. But it's hard to keep the same level of trust after the past days' events. That it takes time to code Season X, well, this is completely understandable. But committing the mistake of accidentally getting files leaked and then have Drake post on a public forum's thread that they're gonna do a public release on Season 9.5 is ridiculous. Want to get your customer's trust back like it was before? Want to beat the past's errors like this one? Then keep on working on the Season X release, free upgrade your customers - that are feeling fooled and pissed enough at the fact that now people can just go to the competition's side and get the same thing but cheaper by a thousand of dolars - and ignore the illegal competition. Oh and please, coordinate your staff a little bit better, because premature comments like Drake's can ruins IGC's customer's trust for a while, if not permanently. Releasing the files publicly will only raise the competition's level and not raise gains. Instead of worrying on how to harm that rat, focus on how to make your company different than others, and most important than all focus on how to make your CUSTOMERS different than others. My personal suggestions, as a player, as a server owner, as a IGC customer: do NOT publicly release those files, as Drake prematurely posted on public forums. Focus on finishing Season X and delivering us it as compensation since in a couple of months from now, it's pretty possible that all the competition will be bearing what we paid a LOT for. Care less for rats and care more for those on your side, us. Best of luck, Bruno.

By the release we will make the files not profitable for him and will protect entire community from topping up his BOTNET which later is being used against your servers. Therefore you must understand this is not easy decision but best we can take. It will be only released once we will release Season 10 as mentioned before.

 

 

 

Releasing the files publicly will only raise the competition's level and not raise gains. Instead of worrying on how to harm that rat, focus on how to make your company different than others, and most important than all focus on how to make your CUSTOMERS different than others.

 

It will not raise the amount of serious servers really. For nwo you have plenty of free files and most people is not even able to use them. If somebody would like to make serious server would already be our Customer and use our files. Serious people do not go for free / unsupported stuff.

 

 

Please treat it as our final statement regarding the case. All we wanted has been said.

successful servers from that rats, will asked google.com if what or who is IGCN.

 

I am sure they will move to IGCN

 

rebekka? i think is a part of that team. and we know it all .. that guy will do anything to ruin clients.

 

drake plan to release the version of what they sell to public is a nice idea.

why not?

file was stolen!

sold to public and not by igc!

made by IGC.

 

offcourse igc will not release the updated file.. and only the same as what been solld by mupl I hope so^^

releasing as the same version. updates and exact thing at what they stole

in my personal opinion I think NOT to release anything, once you release the season 10 have passed several months and many people already have rats and 20 dollars either the can afford, It would also be disrespectful to us

Disrespectful would be allowing other people buying cheap **** stuffed with BOTNET as later it will be used against you directly. You must think more globally instead of the fact of free release only. Sleep with this and you will realize it is best strategy and that it will not affect you much. The files are so much complex that most of you have trouble running them even with our support, think how much trouble will the leechers have - even in my opinion they are very easy to config ^^

The decision is in your hands, but also to listen to their customers, some may feel passed out, I hope he can make his official announcement about season 10 soon so that we calm down a bit, since many of us we are with uncertainty

simple logic really matter..

You made a program.. 

sold as premium..

and your program version 1.3 was sold by some one.. and your current version is 4.9

what would you do?

 

to allow this rats to continue earning from your product via selling it?

or to release the version 1.3 as full for free?

 

 

 

hopely before this s10 release..

there will be issue like that...

also we can wait as long as its ready for the later problem just like what happened

and rebecca try to sell it - IGCN are obligated to release that version to public.

To prevent purchasing their infected copies. However this will be a good "TRIAL" version with couple bugs and crashes. IGCN server files have a lot of customs and specific things,it's hard to understand it without full access to IGCN Forums and Support,Sometimes those who buy full version from IGCN can't open an successful server and re-sell own files because of that. Why you are so afraid of it? A lot of new opened servers will be closed in 1 month,but others will buy IGCN Files.- I don't care about this i just want to wish success to IGC

By the way, cant IGCN code a feature for users who use the files which got leaked to be crashed automatically?

like a hardcoded thing that u guys can control then only the illegal users, somethnig hidden in the gameservers :)
