Hi there, when I bought iGC license I was told it was forever licensed

 

And I ask wizzy in a personnel message about monthly subscription and it was about what will happen if you don't pay monthly subscription.. and the answer was license still work but you wont get support thats all.

 

So why do I read there is a license expiring and when will it occur.. there is no proper thread on this.

And if there is? I serious will like to have a refund.

I am wondering you are totally wrong.


Our licenses are based on monthly fees since more than 2 years already.


At beginning you received two months of free subscription as every other Customer. After that time you are obligated to pay monthly. I never mentioned licenses are permanent - always informing about monthly payments.

You are free to ask any other Customer of us :)


You are not entitled to any kind of refund.

Okay, I guess you should make it more Clearer from the start. Cause if you re-call i was Pmmed you about one of this question, and you said the support Just stops. Wew. So much for "Support" Better yet says your whole service Stops. Right?

i think ppl dont read... 2 years watching posts on IGCN Old Forum when i'm not a client..  So i have planed all for my server... and now bought the files...

and always see that need to pay license monthly....
