1. Requesting License Activation Key
The ToolKit Premium product is not ready to use after purchase and currently requires following additional steps:
- Submit support ticket to ToolKit Premium (License Request) department
- Optionally, if owning more than one ToolKit Premium license, state which license the activation key should be issued for
- You will be given a one-time activation code, which is unique to your license, and you are not allowed to share with others
- Run Toolkit (Premium) and enter the Activation Code provided to you
- The software will activate and restart
Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible, however please allow up to 48 hours to complete this process (usually it takes much faster).
2. Transfer of license to other machine
Transfer of license to another machine is free of charge once every four months. Cost of additional transfer beyond free allowance scope requires purchase of license data transfer service.
