[New feature] Add Jewel Bank system (Season 6)

This long-waited feature would finally help a lot for players daily activities.

How it could help:

  • player inventory + warehouse would be a lot cleaner instead of messy look
  • player would not need to run to bank jewels so often/frequently, as they could simply transfer jewels into jewel bank
