Auto reset during offlevel allow for vip only config

Hi, i have posted on the auto reset offlevel bug to add for us a config to can allow vip users to auto reset during offlevel but it didnt happen and now many players in my server are requesting to auto rr during offlevel with vip purchase which is super good idea to make extra cash. Please if possible do that for the next updates. To enable now such behavior for vip players i need a separated VIP server and is not ideal.
