Launcher Design modification. Allow us to use mp4 video files as background image!

I tried to convert mp4 to gif and put it into Launcher Designer, and it did not work.

I also tried the gif picture and didn't worked, mp4 files would be ideal but if it's not possible i understand.

Thank you big man, may i ask if its possible to add custom button links? There are designs with a lot of link buttons like YouTube Facebook discord and etc but i dont see how i can add custom link, or maybe im blind
