Static Item Option System

The system brings ability to add over 40 static options to items meeting certain criteria such as set item or number of excellent options. Once defined the option appears on item once it gets equipped.

* Plugin is configurable from ItemOptionSystem_Exc.xml file shipped along with default server pack
