1) I have not seen 3 season updates a year from webzen in my entire career in MU dev. 2) The season pass is not mandatory, if you don't like it you can always use previous version. 3) Inflation demands changes, its the first time you see someone raise prices in last 2 years?, if you are unsatisfied, nobody is forcing you to pay for anything, but we charge price that we consider fair for the work we do.

Alot of reports in the old board was poorly reported, you should create new one and fill all the fields for easier way for us to reproduce the problems. We did this on purpose, because we spend 50% of the day just testing things that are config problems or unreproduceable

I can explain why some bugs in BT stays with no responses for very long time for 3 types of bugs.. 1) Some bugs require huge system modifications/rewriting which is taking alot time, and mostly when the time for responsible system rewritting comes, we do it and clear the bugs related to it.. 2) Some bugs require many players or is extremely hard to reproduce so they stay open for a longer time too.. 3) Some bugs are hard to fix & is very minor (like GM no wing visual bug) so we ignore the bug while we have higher priority problems..
